We work to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for it and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may limit or cancel orders, for example for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Product use and safety

Use products as described and follow all instructions and warnings. Products for children should be used with adult supervision where the product says so.

All content on this site, including logos, product descriptions and images, belongs to K-Brands or its licensors. Do not reproduce it without written permission.

Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are for approved retailers and partners. Sending an inquiry does not guarantee approval.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, K-Brands is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
